Puma requested our team to reconsider its packaging from a more eco-efficient perspective. We did away with the traditional cardboard shoebox in favor of a cardboard shoe tray and bag, which sufficiently protects the products during shipping and distribution, but reduces weight and waste material across the worldwide supply chain. I took part in concept generation, development, and preparing Fuse presentations to the client.
